The Compass annual internal meeting, dedicated to the review of the 2025 financial year, took place in the heart of Lugano at the Grand Café Al Porto. The event represented a particularly meaningful moment of reflection and shared insight.
In his address, CEO Gabriele Bruera clearly outlined the results achieved, highlighting how, despite a complex environment, the company successfully strengthened its positioning through disciplined management and targeted strategic decisions. During his presentation, he also introduced the new team members, emphasizing the value of their expertise in further enhancing the firm’s structure and supporting its future growth.
Particular relevance was given to the contribution of Pietro Ugazzi, Co-Founder of the company, who shared reflections on the evolving dynamics of client relationships and the importance of maintaining a consistent and high-quality dialogue with clients in an ever-changing environment.
This was followed by Antonio De Bustis, Head of Advisory Services, who provided a comprehensive overview of service-related topics and their development, underlining the importance of a structured and consistent approach over time. In the second part of the evening, he also acted as moderator and interviewer in the conversation with the guest of honour, Fabio Capello, leading an engaging and dynamic discussion. Gianfranco Cerea, Head of Wealth Management, was unable to attend due to prior commitments.
