Compass Strengthens Its Wealth Management Team with the Appointment of Rolf Bürgi
Rolf Bürgi’s appointment represents another important milestone in the firm’s development strategy, reflecting Compass’s continued commitment to investing in highly experienced professionals to strengthen its presence in both the Swiss and international markets.
With more than thirty-five years of experience in international private banking, Rolf Bürgi has built his career at some of Europe’s most prestigious financial institutions, holding positions of increasing responsibility in wealth advisory and international client relationship management. He now brings this wealth of expertise to Compass, contributing to the continued development of the Wealth Management team in Zurich.
Compass continues to invest in highly experienced professionals to support its international growth strategy. With the appointment of Rolf Bürgi as Senior Relationship Manager, the firm further strengthens its Wealth Management team in Zurich, reinforcing its expertise, client relationships, and long-term vision.

What professional lesson has stayed with you throughout your career?
I have learned that credibility is built day by day. In an industry like ours, expertise is essential, but consistency, integrity, and delivering on commitments are what truly make the difference. The strongest relationships are those built over time, with patience and responsibility.
